Cancellation Policy:

 

1. All tickets are non-refundable.

2. Tickets may be transferred to another person up until [30 days], after which transfers will no longer be allowed.

3. In the event that the ASN Weekend is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a natural disaster or pandemic), ticket holders will be offered the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their tickets to the next scheduled event.  Only the value of the ticket is refunded, services and or processing fees, credit card fees are not refunded under any circumstance. 

4. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the ASN Weekend due to extenuating circumstances (such as a medical emergency or death in the family), they may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future event. To be considered for a refund or credit, the ticket holder must submit a written request along with supporting documentation (such as a doctor's note or death certificate) to [support@asnentertainment.com] no later than [August 15th, 2020].  Flight cancelations are not considered an extenuating circumstance.

5. ASN Weekend organizers reserve the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
